Can a monetary reward be added to moments of recognition?

Yes, you have to option to provide employees with a weekly, monthly quarterly or yearly budget (or requestable on-demand) to spend on rewarding peers for their help or achievements. This balance of this pot can then be given in the form of awards or added to existing eCards. You’ll also have the option to introduce a Boost feature that allows employees to add a financial reward to recognition a colleague has recieved via the social recognition wall.

Can recognition be sent to multiple employees at the same time?

Yes, when sending a moment of recognition, employees will have the option to send it to any individual or pre-set team within the organisation. This way recognition for large group projects can be sent quickly and easily, spreading the gratitude further across your organisation.

Do reward pots have to be same for each employee?

No, you’ll have the freedom to tailor reward pots for employees of different levels of seniority or location. Manager awards are a hugely popular feature that provide your leaders with a reward pot to celebrate the hard work of their teams.
